DUROFLEX 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Duroflex 10 Days Return Policy is crafted with the objective of giving customers the opportunity to try out our products for 10 days in the comfort of their own homes. In the unlikely situation of the *selected mattress not being perfect for you, we are happy to take it back and give you a 100% refund.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN/REFUND UNDER 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY
To ensure that the offer is not being misused, we have identified some exceptions to the to the policy which are as below.
- Return/Refund request will not be entertained in case of improper usage or physical damage to the product. You are expected to return the product/s in a good condition.
- Return/refund requests will not be entertained if the product is found to have severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or any damage during the inspection process.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will make the product ineligible for return under the 10 Days Return Policy.
- Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if the product is used on an improper surface without proper support.
- Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the product is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
- Return/Refund request cannot be accepted, if the customer ordered the wrong size . It is always recommended to cross-check the size before placing the order. In case of an incorrect size order, a logistics cost of Rs. 2500 will be applied for reshipping the mattress.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY
- 10 Days Return Policy is applicable only on Selective Products (refer the Table A and B).
- 10 Days Return Policy is applicable only on standard size Mattresses. Non-standard size Mattresses (Custom Size) , Sleep Accessories & Furniture does not fall under 10 Days Return Policy.
- You may decide to return the products any time before the end of 10 Days for a full refund. In case any freebies are provided with order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
- Return and Refund under 10 Days Return Policy will be not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to Return/Refund Policy.
- Our 10 Days Return Policy applies only to original purchase of genuine Duroflex products purchased from website.
- Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You’ll need to submit this to make a refund claim, without it, Duroflex Private Limited reserves the right to reject any claim under 10 Days Return Policy.
- We require you to supply photographs of the returning product/s while opting for a return. Failure to send appropriate photographs within 48hrs may result in the return request being cancelled.
- The return requests must be exercised directly with Duroflex Private Limited no later than the 10th day from the date of delivery of the mattress you want a refund on.
- Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7 - 15 days of raising a return request.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days once the products have been picked up for return.
- Duroflex Private Limited reserves the right to refuse the 10 Days Return Policy Offer to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
- The final decision on refunds under the 10 Days Return Policy will be made solely by Duroflex Private Limited. The company reserves the absolute right to reject any refund request that does not meet the Terms and Conditions of the 10 Days Return Policy. Furthermore, Duroflex Private Limited is not obligated to comply with any legal notice regarding refund claims, as the decision to approve or reject a request falls under the company’s sole discretion.
- Disputes, if any, are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
STEPS TO INITIATE RETURN PROCESS
Customers can initiate a return or exchange for eligible products by following these steps:
- Call the Duroflex Support Team on 1800-108-5008 or email at support@duroflexworld.com to raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Fill in a simple Duroflex Return / Replacement Form.
- Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
- You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
- We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 15 business days post validation of the request.
- Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund (normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account).
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Under Duroflex Replacement Policy, you can replace the product with the same product in case of any damages or defects. The replacement product will be delivered within 10 business days from the date when replacement request is raised.
STEPS TO INITIATE REPLACEMENT PROCESS
- Selected Mattresses & Furnitures (refer the Table A and B) are eligible for replacement, if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to the Duroflex support team within 24bhrs days of receiving the product.
- Fill in a simple Duroflex Return / Replacement Form.
- Your replacement request will be validated by our support team within 24-48 hours.
- You may be required to submit photographs and other supporting documents of the damaged or defective product as requested by our customer support team.
- Failure to provide the required photographs and documents within 48 hours of the request will result in cancellation of the replacement request.
- Replacement eligibility is determined only after submitting the required photos, not based on the date the request was raised.
- Once the validation of the damaged or defective product is completed, the replacement team will process your request. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
- We will ship your replacement product within 1-2 days after approval. The product you're returning will be picked up within 7-10 business days after we confirm your request.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT CRITERIA

Please see the criteria below:
- Return request should be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team or by writing to support@duroflexworld.com
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s), caused by the consumer
- All tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s)
- Original invoice should be returned with the product(s)
- Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
- Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items/freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send the wrong product or the wrong size, we will accept your return.
- We do not accept return of any product(s) which is not purchased from www.duroflexworld.com. We will not take responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.
REPLACEMENT POLICY & FINAL DECISION CLAUSE
The final decision on replacements under the 10 Days Replacement Policy will be made solely by Duroflex Private Limited. The company reserves the absolute right to reject any replacement request that does not meet the Terms and Conditions of the policy.
